Please also find there Course Comments and Progress Tracking Forms for each week of the course and a Learner Information Form.  These forms are at the end of the Syllabus.

You may want to download the file as well as print out a copy for ready reference.  The completed forms can be cut and pasted into e-mails.   Please do not be concerned if there are formatting issues.The important thing is that the information is present on the forms.

Please note that the Instructor will be keeping a record of scores.  Learners will be notified via an e-mail if an assignment is not satisfactory.
